Ernest Skiadas, CPA, P.C.: President

Mr. Skiadas has been performing audits, preparing financial statements, corporate and personal income tax returns for a diversified client base since his days as a senior accountant with Johnson, Lauder, Savidge & Vieira, CPAs. He then began his own firm as a sole proprietorship for three years before co-establishing the firm of Vieira and Skiadas CPAs.

Mr. Skiadas was the managing partner of that firm for 15 of the 17 years he was with them. He was the partner in charge of numerous audit and review engagements with approximately 20 years of experience in auditing, accounting and taxation. He was also the firm’s Director of Quality Control for external reviews performed by independent CPA firms, as required by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

On January 1, 2006, Mr. Skiadas established a new firm with an extensive client base in various accounting and auditing areas. Mr. Skiadas is a member and past President of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Southern Tier Chapter, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Glenda Hurlburt: Staff

Glenda has approximately five years of experience in the public accounting profession. She is in charge of the small business department where she provides bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax services. She also is experienced in the preparation of a variety of tax returns and consulting with clients in training with QuickBooks accounting software.

Kendra Seaver: Staff

Kendra is a part time staff accountant with over four years of experience in the public accounting profession. Kendra has performed audits of nonprofit and school district engagements as well as reviews and compilations of financial statements for commercial entities. She also has extensive knowledge in preparing a variety of tax returns.

Patricia Pietrosanti: Staff

Patricia is a part time tax preparer with one year of experience who has recently joined the team.

Barbara Skiadas: Office Manager

Barbara has over ten years servicing the administrative needs of an accounting firm. Also has an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software and has provided specific consulting to clients when needed.
